Piotr Kearney is at PKN ORLEN since 2000. In the years 1995-2000 he held managerial positions in the Rafineria Gdańska S.A. and Nafta Polska S.A, responsible for financing the development of the company, financial policy and privatization processes.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk. For 17 years he has performed key functions in the Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A., currently acting as the M&A Director.

As part of his responsibilities in the ORLEN Group he has been a member of supervisory boards of companies such as Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A., Inowrocławskie Kopalnie Soli Solino S.A., Rafineria Trzebinia S.A., ORLEN Deutschland AG, AB Mazeikiu Nafta and Polkomtel S.A. Piotr Kearney, prior to his appointment on the position of Vice President of the Management Board, had been also a long-term member of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Upstream and the Board of Directors of FX Energy Inc., engaging in the exploration and production segment development on foreign markets as well as most of business processes in the ORLEN Upstream Group..
