Mr. Bartoszewicz has over two decades of senior-level experience in management consulting and managing strategy and finance functions of oil and gas companies. In his current role of Vice President at Wood Mackenzie, Mr. Bartoszewicz leads the Downstream consulting practice for the Americas.
As an executive, Mr. Bartoszewicz was responsible for developing an international upstream business segment for ORLEN Group. In this role, he developed growth strategies and identified, analyzed, executed, and integrated large-scale acquisitions in multiple jurisdictions. He managed the risk profile of the exploration and production asset portfolios.
At Andersen and Deloitte, Mr. Bartoszewicz led teams in projects aimed at optimizing the hydrocarbon margins of multi-refinery value chains. He delivered pre-acquisition valuations and post-merger integration of large-scale transactions and developed strategies for upstream and downstream players in the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Bartoszewicz also brings energy transition experience from his term with Geosyntec, where he advised on the convergence of energy transition, finance, and energy markets and assisted consulting clients in navigating initiatives related to monetizing carbon removals and reducing emissions.
He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Energy Risk Professional and Sustainability and Climate Risk professional by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
